Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking an Program Manager to work for our company.

Summary:

• Client Agency is Customs & Border Protection
• Will plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of the contractor organization assigned to the Government.
• Duties and responsibilities include managing daily operations and planning the use of labor; and materials if required.
• Will oversee projects and has supervisory experience. Interacts with government management personnel.
• Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, procedures, conduct simplification and measurement studies, and prepares operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
• Reports in writing and orally to contractor management and government representatives, including the government contracting officer.
• Expert in project development, management, control of funds and resources, and management of multiple tasks.
• Participates as high-level technical expert in design, development and significant enhancements to existing software.
• Manages Program Control duties including contract, finance and program measurement.
• Works with technical staff to produce quality deliverables.
• The candidate must have strong communication skills.

Requirements:

• Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Customs and Border Protection suitability. (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in an IT-related field
• Bachelor’s degree required
