About This Position

XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is NOW HIRING for an Inventory Control Specialist!

Compensation: $17.00 Hourly

Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM TO 4:30 PM

Location: Plant City, FL 33566

Job Description:

  • Update inventory records in the ERP system.
  • Must have working knowledge of IOS systems
  • Ensure accurate tracking of incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
  • Assist with physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records.

    • Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Inventory management or data system experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing or similar environments is a plus.
