?? Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

?? Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00am-4:30pm

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Data Entry Associate to support daily warehouse operations by accurately entering, maintaining, and verifying inventory, shipping, receiving, and production data. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

1. Accurately enter and update warehouse data into company systems.
2. Process inventory transactions, shipments, receipts, and adjustments.
3. Verify data accuracy and correct discrepancies as needed.
4. Maintain electronic and physical records related to warehouse operations.
5. Generate reports and assist with tracking inventory movement.
6. Coordinate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and management regarding inventory and data concerns.
7. Review shipping and receiving documentation for accuracy.
8. Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
9. Support production and warehouse teams by providing timely and accurate information.
10. Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.
11. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and warehouse standards.
12. Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.

1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
2. Previous experience in Data Entry, Inventory Control, Administrative Support, or Warehouse Operations preferred.
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
5. Experience working with inventory management systems is a plus.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Dependable, punctual, and professional.

1. Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
2. Ability to frequently use a computer, keyboard, and office equipment.
3. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
4. Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive hand movements.
5. Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
6. Must be able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when entering operational areas.
