Content Creation
Write SEO-optimized long-form blog posts and pillar content that resonates with both US and UK audiences, partnering with our SEO/SEM team.
Create persuasive and clear whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, and research assets.
Draft compelling social media posts and LinkedIn thought leadership content tailored to target segments.
Develop product-focused content such as landing pages, email campaigns, newsletters, and help docs.
Strategy and Planning
Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to shape editorial calendars.
Contribute to content strategy, audience profiling, and messaging frameworks.
Identify key industry topics, trends, and competitive content gaps.
Quality and Style
Ensure content meets brand voice, tone, and style for both US and British English — with correct spelling, idioms, and cultural nuance.
Thorough proofreading, fact-checking, and editing of all deliverables.
Maintain consistency and quality across formats and distribution channels.
Performance and Metrics
Optimize content in conjunction with our in-house SEO team, including on-page SEO, keyword research, and analytics insights.
Monitor content performance and make data-backed recommendations for optimization.
Thought Leadership Support
Interview subject matter experts to translate complex SaaS topics into accessible insights.
Support executive teams with ghostwriting and presentation content as needed.
Minimum 5 years’ professional experience writing for B2B or SaaS clients
Exceptional English speaking and writing skills, with demonstrated ability to write in both US and British English
Strong portfolio of long-form content, whitepapers, and social media assets
Ability to handle conceptual topics and communicate clearly to technical and marketing audiences
Excellent time management and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience writing for enterprise SaaS or tech companies
Understanding of inbound marketing and sales enablement principles
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and editorial tools
