Manager - Perioperative Business Operations & Anesthesia at Rush Copley Medical Center – Aurora, Illinois

Responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling all surgical services cost center budgets, scheduling activities, information systems, materials resources, capital resources and SPD functions. Manages the support activities dealing with inventory control, purchasing of equipment, and product evaluation. Drafts fiscal policies and procedures for the surgical department and supervises, directs, and coordinates support staff functions.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree required, Mastered preferred, or comparable Copley experience.
• Analytical skills necessary to gather and interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
• Supervisory experience preferred with a high level of team skills necessary for planning, organizing, problem solving and decision-making.
• Appropriate clinical background: RN with CNOR certification preferred.
• Must be creative and innovative in addressing challenges and opportunities; ability to have contact with physicians, patients and team members on all shifts.
