Essential ResponsibilitiesThe following description of responsibilities to be performed is not intended to be all-inclusive. Rather, it focuses on the major tasks that must be accomplished.
Provide assessment for patients experiencing ear, nose, throat and neck issues Provide direct treatment to patients, including minor medical procedures Establish diagnosis and treatment plan for patients in conjunction with the Otolaryngology (ENT) Physician Other ResponsibilitiesPerform all other related duties as assigned in a professional and responsive manner Demonstrate the ability to use relevant equipment Support, understand, and promote Alomere Health’s mission, vision, values, policies and procedures Ability to meet the work schedule requirements with flexibility dependent upon the needs of the department Foster respectful working relationships with professional colleagues, patients, families, and general public regardless of age, gender, lifestyle, culture, beliefs, race, socioeconomic class, or ability
Required QualificationsGraduate of accredited PA or NP program Maintain National Certification Eligible for registration with MN Board of Medical Practice First Aid and BLS Certification
Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesStrong communication and computer skills Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working effectively as a team member with physicians and other staff
