Your Role
As a Cook, you’ll prepare meals with precision and care, ensuring every dish meets our quality standards and enhances the guest experience. You’ll maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment while working collaboratively with your team. What You’ll Do
- Prepare meals according to recipes and guest specifications
- Read menus to estimate food requirements and manage inventory
- Operate kitchen equipment including ovens, grills, mixers, slicers, and steam kettles
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
- Cook menu items in coordination with kitchen staff
- Ensure food is prepared and served simultaneously, with high quality and timeliness
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Properly date, store, and rotate food items
- Maintain temperature logs and comply with food safety standards
- Respond to guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and brand standards
- Support team members and maintain a positive kitchen culture
- Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Skilled in using kitchen tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math skills for measuring and portioning
Education & Experience
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Previous kitchen line experience preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Food Handlers Card required
