Jada Ashbacher Allstate Insurance Agency is seeking an ambitious, outgoing, and career-oriented P&C licensed CSR/Sales professional to join our growing team. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping customers protect what matters most, and growing within a fast-paced insurance agency.

We are looking for someone with sales experience, insurance experience, and strong customer service skills who is confident on the phone, motivated to produce, and committed to delivering an excellent client experience.

What you'll do

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs
• Market appropriate insurance products and services
• Build new customer relationships and maintain existing client accounts
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
• Provide excellent service while helping grow the agency's book of business
• Communicate with customers by phone and build trust through every interaction

What we're looking for

• Property & Casualty license required
• Willingness to obtain Life license
• Sales and insurance experience required
• Excellent customer service experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to effectively present products to potential clients
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Enthusiasm for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage everyday risks, recover from the unexpected, and prepare for the future
• Strong work ethic and commitment to succeed every day
