Summary:The HR Generalist – Administrative provides support in the daily operations of the Human Resources department. This role assists with employee relations, onboarding, HR compliance, and administrative tasks while ensuring effective communication with employees in both English and Spanish. The position supports HR processes and helps maintain accurate employee records, policies, and training programs.
HR Administration- Provide administrative support to the Corporate Human Resources department.
- Maintain and update employee files and HR records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist with HR documentation including employment forms, policy acknowledgements, and personnel records.
- Coordinate HR-related meetings, training sessions, and employee communications.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Provide bilingual communication and support to English- and Spanish-speaking employees.
- Assist employees with HR-related questions and direct them to appropriate resources.
- Promote employee-owner culture of accountability and ownership mindset.
- Assist with recruiting activities including coordinating interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and required documentation.
- Ensure all onboarding materials and forms are properly completed, process and filed.
- Assist with coordination and administration of employee training programs.
- Track training participation and completion records.
- Support internal training initiatives and employee development programs.
- Help ensure HR processes follow company policies and employment regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Assist with implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- 2+ years of HR, administrative experience.
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and workplace policies is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems.
This position works in a professional office environment and interacts regularly with employees, management, and external partners to support HR operations.
