About This Position

About Us

We’re not a traditional insurance organization — we’re a purpose-driven team committed to protecting families and building meaningful career pathways. For more than 60 years, we’ve supported hardworking individuals across North America, helping them secure their financial futures while empowering our representatives to build careers rooted in freedom, flexibility, and purpose.

People are at the center of everything we do. When you invest in their growth, confidence, and potential, success follows naturally. That’s why our culture is grounded in mentorship, development, and integrity — a place where collaboration fuels results and ambition is encouraged.

Thanks to our long-standing partnerships with unions and associations, we’re able to make a tangible impact in communities throughout the U.S. and Canada. Every conversation and every policy contributes to something greater: providing families with peace of mind and long-term security.

The Role

This isn’t just a position — it’s an opportunity to become a trusted resource for families who turn to us for guidance. You’ll connect with individuals who have already requested information about their benefits. Your job is to listen, educate, and support them in choosing the coverage that fits their needs.

There are no cold calls and no high-pressure sales — just meaningful conversations that help families feel confident about their future. While doing so, you’ll develop skills that open the door to growth, leadership, and long-term career success.

Your Responsibilities
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients through clear and consistent communication

  • Help families understand their benefits and guide them through their options with care

  • Provide professional, empathetic service during every interaction

  • Work with leadership to continuously improve systems and client experience

  • Participate in hands-on training and ongoing personal development

Who We’re Looking For
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills

  • Positive, empathetic, and genuinely passionate about helping others

  • Organized, self-driven, and reliable in a remote environment

  • Coachable and eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or insurance is an asset—but not required

  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada or the United States

What You’ll Gain
  • Remote work flexibility — operate from anywhere with a supportive leadership team

  • Weekly pay + performance bonuses

  • Comprehensive training and mentorship from experienced leaders

  • Fast-track advancement with a clear and achievable path to leadership

  • A positive, mission-oriented culture focused on teamwork and integrity

  • The fulfillment of making a real difference for families and communities every day
