Supervisor- Med/Surg - Full Time

What to expect as a Supervisor in Med/Surg:

• Serve as a clinical resource person to the nursing personnel on the Medical Surgical Unit.
• Serve as a role model for the Employee Behavior Standards.
• Participates in orientation of new personnel, provides just in time training and scheduled Inservice training.
• Work collaboratively with the educator.
• Assist director to maintain regulatory compliance, patient and employee rounding and coaching.

• Current Missouri RN license.
• Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
• BLS certification, ACLS and PALS, required with in 90 days.
• Completion of DHSS Approved Clinical Supervisor course (or within 6 months of hire)
• Minimum 3-5 years nursing experience.
