The Resident Services Coordinator is a licensed nurse who is responsible for the coordination of the delivery of health care services, medical and behavioral monitoring, cognitive and rehabilitation modalities, and other healthcare services within a personal care community in collaboration with all physicians, providers, network resources and team members.

What we are looking for:
We need a proven leader who will help our team members and other Network leaders as they support the daily living needs of our residents and who desires to develop trusting, caring relationships. Our Resident Services Coordinator is required to:
- Be a Licensed Nurse with 2 years of experience. Personal Care or Assisted Living experience is preferred.
- Exhibit knowledge of Pennsylvania DHS regulations.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to support, advise, coach, and influence others;
- Be proficient with PC and Microsoft Office applications.
