Brock Insurance Group, LLC (BIG) is seeking a full-time motivated, results-driven Licensed Insurance Commercial Lines Manager to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining, and expanding relationships with existing clients, and providing expert advice on commercial insurance products.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial insurance market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and policy renewals to clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our products and services.
• Provide high-quality service and support to clients daily.
• Meet sales targets and performance goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Producer or in a similar role within the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and market dynamics.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Property and Casualty license required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
