Full-Time | 100% On-Site | Intercity Travel Required | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

As our Marketing & Business Development Specialist, you will serve as the face of our organization in the Laredo market — cultivating referral relationships, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring our providers are the top choice for patient care.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute market-specific strategies to grow our referral network in alignment with leadership goals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with physicians, practices, and clinical leaders
- Introduce new providers to key referrers and expand awareness of services across the community
- Serve as a trusted liaison between referring offices and our clinical/operational teams
- Organize and attend meetings with providers to promote services and foster engagement
- Deliver marketing materials and referral resources to hospitals, clinics, and medical groups
- Track and document outreach activities in the CRM system; provide regular progress reports
- Monitor competitive activity and collaborate on local marketing and business development plans
- Represent Epic at community and professional events to increase visibility and drive referrals
- Manage budgets responsibly, including expense tracking and reporting
- Required: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Preferred: Healthcare or legal industry experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with a relationship-first mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience preferred
