Position Summary: Responsible for employment functions, success as recruitment, staff screening, interview and selecting candidates for Nursing and/or Allied Health Positions. Handles advertising needs, evaluate and recommends employment. Oversees the New Hire Orientation Training and Employment Programs assisting with the management of HRIS through projects, audits and reporting.

Job Qualifications: [Required] High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of Human Resources/Employment, computer literate with spreadsheet knowledge; excellent customer service skills; excellent communication and organizational skills.

[Preferred Qualifications] Bachelor's degree in related field. Experience in healthcare setting.
