NT II: Nutritional Assistant II at Willis-Knighton Health System – Shreveport, Louisiana

Under the direct supervision of the Nutritional Services Supervisor, the Nutritional Assistant II performs a variety of patient food service and cafeteria duties, as well as other related tasks.

Qualifications:

Will have basic understanding of safety and sanitation regulations relative to foodservice operations and procedures.

Will have knowledge of patient and/or cafeteria foodservice operations and procedures.

High School or graduate equivalency exam preferred.

The individual should be able to read written instructions well and be able to follow oral instructions.

Further training in quantity food preparation techniques and sanitation is desirable.
