Join our team and play a key role in empowering staff who support Unaccompanied Minors. The Trainer will design and deliver impactful training programs that foster growth, cultural understanding, and excellence across our team. This position works closely with leadership to ensure every staff member receives the tools and guidance needed to succeed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:
Education / Background:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Services, or related field
-
1–2 years of paid or unpaid experience working with youth
Other Requirements:
-
Must be at least 21 years old at hire
-
Valid Texas Driver's License with excellent driving record
-
CPR/First Aid certification
-
Ability to operate a 15-passenger transit van
-
Completion of Handle with Care (physical restraining) training
-
Ability to complete TBRI and manage program software
-
Completion of DFPS-mandated trainings (paid trainings provided on the job)
