Job Description

Position Overview:

A unique opportunity for an early-stage medical, sales or other professional to build or advance their career in the healthcare industry as a Junior Territory Manager. In this role, you will work alongside an experienced representative within a defined geographic area to promote a buy and bill prescription pharmaceutical product and medical device to dermatology practices.

This is an excellent position for a highly motivated, hard-working and enthusiastic individual to gain experience within the highly sought after field of dermatology and learn from some of the best sales professionals in this space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the senior representative in driving product awareness and education within assigned dermatology accounts.
  • Assist in executing territory action plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct product discussions under the direction of the lead representative to reinforce key clinical and treatment messages.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of field activity, customer engagement, and follow-ups in CRM system
  • Attend local/regional sales meetings, trainings, and conferences as needed.
  • Coordinate logistics for office visits, lunch-and-learns, and product training.
  • Build foundational relationships with healthcare providers, nurses, and office staff.
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape and dermatology market trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (life sciences, communications or business preferred).
  • 0–2 years of sales experience; internship or previous exposure to healthcare/pharma industry preferred.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience with translatable skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, field-based environment.
  • Ability to travel within defined geography 80% of the time with potential for overnight visits several times per month
  • Must be able to drive for up to 6 hours and able to lift 20lb
