Position title: Associate Customer Service Representative

Job Location: This position will be located at 4720 Scruggs Station Road in Jefferson City, Missouri

The Associate Customer Service Representative at OA Document Solutions provides customer support to agencies by planning, coordinating, and scheduling print and mail jobs to meet agency needs and deadlines.

What you’ll do:

• Planning, coordinating, scheduling and assigning printing and/or mail jobs
• Assisting customers and providing technical advice and consultation regarding printing and/or mail services
• Reviewing and approving requesting for services, proposing designs, layouts, printing methods, paper and ink choices, estimates, and the most cost effective printing options
• Developing and inputting job tickets for production, job tracking, material input and reviewing jobs for accuracy
• Tracking progress of printing and/or mail jobs to ensure quality control and timeliness
• Job shadowing with team members and covering accounts as needed

All you need for success:

Minimum Qualifications

• 0-2 year of experience in customer service, or closely related areas; and possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of general office procedures.
• Ability provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations.
• Ability to organize work assignments.
• Ability to learn policies, procedures, and operations of area to which assigned.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Missouri operator’s
