Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing coffee and water equipment such as DJD - Wellsys - Follets - Bevi
- Servicing/cleaning coffee systems and other related equipment
- Managing truck parts inventory
- Changing coffee and water filters at client locations
- Completing a variety of service calls on Agora coffee/water equipment in the greater Seattle Area
- Performing filter changes and PM on the equipment managed By AGORA NW
- Following warehouse processes and strict inventory management measures
- Maintaining excellent customer service
- Confirming that coffee and water systems are clean and working properly after performing a service call, system cleaning, or filter change
- Continued equipment training on current and new equipment product lines
- Assisting in lifting and moving heavy coffee and water equipment

Hours: Monday-Friday – hours will vary with route day—generally, 7 am to 3:30 pm.
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in servicing and repairing coffee and water equipment such as DJD, Wellsys, Follets, Bevi etc
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Clean driving record
- Contribute to the team atmosphere
- Positive Attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Great communication skills
- Ability to lift 40lbs frequently
- Location: Seattle and surrounding area
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
This position requires the ability to perform essential functions in client locations, warehouses, and while operating a service vehicle.
Duties may require the ability to:- Move between service vehicle, client sites, and warehouse environments throughout the workday.
- Position self to access, install, service, and clean coffee and water equipment, which may include bending, kneeling, reaching, and working in confined spaces.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and standard service equipment safely.Lift, carry, and move coffee and water equipment or parts weighing up to 40 pounds on a frequent basis, and occasionally heavier items with assistance or mechanical aids.
- Load and unload parts and equipment from service vehicles.
- Drive a company or personal vehicle to service locations in the greater Seattle area.Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors in person, by phone, and in writing.
- Maintain visual acuity to inspect equipment, read service manuals, and complete documentation, with or without corrective lenses.

The pay range for this role is:
27 - 29 USD per hour(Seattle)
