Schedule: Full time / Year round Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00PM

The Painter's primary responsibility is to paint/stain interiors and exteriors of the apartment community and vacant apartments. They also assist the Maintenance Manager in making minor repairs in areas such as basic electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural, and appliance. This position is also indirectly involved in make readies/ turns.

Responsibilities:
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenant occupancy
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
• 2+ years' experience in apartment or residential painting in a professional setting
• Sheetrock repair experience

(Some general basic maintenance experience preferred but not required)

This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and a drug screening (we do not check for THC). A valid Driver's license is required for this role.
