We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you will lead recruiting initiatives across the organization, build strong pipelines of top talent, and partner with leaders to drive our growth across the architectural, engineering, and construction (AEC) sectors.

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of disciplines, partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership teams.

• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top active and passive candidates.

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with colleges and universities to support early career hiring and internship programs.

• Track and report on recruiting metrics to optimize and improve hiring processes.

• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) hiring initiatives.

• Mentor junior recruiting team members and provide best practice guidance across the hiring process.

• Play an active role in strengthening Stratus Team’s employment brand in key talent markets.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple levels and disciplines.

• Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring passive candidates through proactive outreach.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple open requisitions.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ADP preferred) and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

Preferred:

• Experience recruiting in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.

• PHR, SHRM-CP, or relevant professional certifications.
