Rise Up Rehab, LLC is a local outpatient rehab company seeking a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to perform PT treatments (under supervision of a licensed PT) at a large ALF in the medical center. New contract, building caseload. Benefits- 401K and CEU reimbursement.

**Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements:
- Current license in Texas as an PTA
- Familiarity with Net Health (Optima) for documentation is a plus, but training is available.
