What You’ll Do

• Package and inspect cheese products according to quality and safety standards.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, GMP, and company safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
• Assist in other packaging and production areas as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and hardworking.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to learn and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Manufacturing experience preferred; food manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• 2:00 pm to 12:30 am ; Monday-Thursday. Overtime available.

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on role requiring the ability to:

• Lift up to 40 pounds.
• Stand and walk for 8+ hours.
• Bend, reach, push, pull, and climb.
• Work in varying temperatures.
