Fremont Motors is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join our team. If you enjoy working with numbers, tracking warranty claims, and supporting a fast-paced service department, this role is for you.

• Process and submit warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner

• Track and follow up on pending claims

• Communicate with manufacturers and internal service teams regarding claims

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of warranty work

• Assist service advisors and technicians with warranty-related questions

• Ensure compliance with all manufacturer and dealership guidelines

• Previous experience in warranty administration, accounts, or service department preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with dealership software and office applications
