Job Description

Support day-to-day Field Service operations with a primary focus on ERP management, operational coordination, technician support, and job tracking within NetSuite. Serve as a critical operational link between Regional Managers, Field Service Technicians, Project Teams, and the Field Service Coordinator to ensure accurate scheduling, time entry compliance, task creation, and operational visibility across active field projects.

This position plays a key role in supporting field execution by helping maintain accurate operational data, labor tracking, reporting, and workflow management within NetSuite to support billing, workforce planning, project execution, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Support daily Field Service operations through coordination of schedules, technician assignments, task management, and operational follow-up.

Create, update, and maintain field service tasks, job records, and technician assignments within NetSuite.

Support Regional Managers and Field Service Technicians with accurate daily and weekly time entry submissions.

Review technician time entries for accuracy, labor coding, proper job allocation, and completeness.

Assist in correcting missing, inaccurate, or incomplete time entries and coordinate follow-up with field personnel.

Monitor active field jobs and track hours consumed versus hours remaining against project scope and estimated labor.

Generate and maintain operational reports related to labor utilization, technician productivity, job progress, open tasks, and project tracking.

Support reporting and dashboard development for Field Service leadership.

Assist Regional Managers with scheduling coordination, technician support, and operational communication.

Communicate schedule changes, task updates, and operational requirements to field personnel in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate operational records and documentation across internal systems.

Identify operational issues, scheduling conflicts, or workflow gaps and escalate concerns appropriately.

Support labor forecasting, workforce planning, and operational metric tracking initiatives.

Assist with process improvement efforts related to ERP workflows, reporting, field coordination, and operational efficiency.

Coordinate with multiple departments to support smooth field execution and communication.

Prepare operational summaries, reports, and documentation for Field Service leadership.

Serve as an operational support resource between field teams, office personnel, and leadership.

Other duties as required or assigned.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma required — Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

3–5 years of experience in operations coordination, field service support, dispatching, project coordination, or administrative operations.

Experience supporting field-based operations in a fast-paced environment preferred.

Experience using ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, strongly preferred.

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting operational demands.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Experience working within ERP or workflow management systems.

Familiarity with scheduling, labor tracking, and field operations coordination.

Ability to generate reports, track metrics, and maintain operational documentation.

Location: On-site Hackettstown, NJ location

Travel Requirements: Minimal travel as needed to support field operations or company initiatives.
