As our firm continues to grow, we are looking for a Junior Probate Attorney to serve as the primary point of contact for clients from start to finish.

Compensation:

$80,000 yearly


Responsibilities:

As a Junior Probate Attorney, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients while managing probate and guardianship/conservatorship matters from opening through resolution.

This position offers:

What You'll Do:

  • Managing a caseload of contested and complex Probate and Guardianship, Conservatorship cases
  • Conducting client consultations and strategy meetings.
  • Building trusted relationships with clients through clear communication, empathy, and responsiveness.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and filing probate pleadings, petitions, motions, and related legal documents.
  • Conducting legal research and developing case strategies.
  • Representing clients in hearings, mediations, and litigation when necessary.
  • Overseeing case progression to ensure matters move efficiently and deadlines are met.
  • Collaborating with legal assistants and paralegals to provide an exceptional client experience.
  • Assisting with accounts receivable collections and client account management as needed.
  • Providing proactive updates and guidance to clients throughout their legal journey.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia Bar.
  • New attorneys and recent bar passers are encouraged to apply.
