Talantage, LLC is seeking a mid-level or senior associate to join our client's Real Estate practice. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of broad-based real estate experience and strong academic credentials. This is an opportunity to work closely with partners and clients on complex real estate transactions while gaining hands-on responsibility in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Talantage, LLC is seeking a mid-level or senior associate to join our client's Real Estate practice. Key Responsibilities:
- Represent lenders, investors, developers, owners, and other clients in acquisitions, dispositions, financings, developments, and leasing transactions across all major asset classes, including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, and mixed-use projects.
- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, development agreements, and other real estate contracts.
- Coordinate and close real estate transactions, including title and survey review, due diligence, zoning and land-use analysis, and entity formation.
- Advise clients on construction, development, and joint venture arrangements, as well as day-to-day operational and asset management matters.
- Mentor junior associates, oversee work streams, and ensure timely, accurate completion of client deliverables.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and thoughtful work product.
- Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated understanding of complex real estate concepts.
- Client-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Minimum of four years of sophisticated real estate practice experience.
- Experience in any combination of acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, and development matters.
- Prior law firm experience required; lender-side financing experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Admission to, and good standing with, the State Bar of Georgia.
- Resume and law school transcript required.
