  • Coordinate with the Special Inspection Testing Agency and Project Contractors to schedule and facilitate inspections and testing.
  • Maintain accurate records of all inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken.
  • Identify and report any issues of non-compliance or safety concerns to the Quality Manager and relevant project stakeholders.
  • Participate in regular field meetings and collaborate with project teams to resolve technical issues and support project delivery.
  • Ensure that all inspection activities are conducted in accordance with the Hudson Tunnel Project Quality Management Plan and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Support the implementation of quality control and quality acceptance programs as required by the project.
  • Assist in periodic audits to ensure compliance with project requirements and federal regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify non-conformances.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using inspection and reporting software/tools.

  • Ability to work in field conditions, including active construction sites and tunnels.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
