General Labor/ Turn Team Member

About This Opportunity
Seeking two dependable General Labor/Turn Team Members to assist with apartment turnover projects. This temporary role focuses on preparing apartment homes for new residents by completing light maintenance, cleaning, and general labor tasks during the busy turn season.
Bonus Opportunity
- $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days
Assignment Details
Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (One additional day off during the week)
Assignment Type: Temp
Pre Employment Requirements
- Ability to communicate in English
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare apartments for new residents
- Remove trash, debris, and unwanted furniture from apartments ("trash-outs")
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as:
- Caulking
- Changing light bulbs
- Minor repairs
- Assist with groundskeeping and exterior cleanup
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently while meeting daily deadlines
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Dress Code
- Jeans
- T-shirt
- Closed-toe shoes
- No offensive or graphic clothing
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete assigned tasks on time
