Talent Acquisition Consultant

The Talent Acquisition Consultant partners with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to identify, source, screen, and present qualified candidates for a variety of commercial and government contracting positions. This role serves as a recruiting advisor, utilizing proactive sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and market research to build strong talent pipelines and deliver high-quality candidates. The consultant collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, ensure a positive candidate experience, and support full-cycle recruiting efforts that help the organization meet its workforce objectives.
