Accountabilities:

The Analista Fidelidade II will be responsible for supporting the management and evolution of loyalty program initiatives, ensuring efficient processes, accurate reporting, and continuous improvement opportunities. The role requires strong analytical skills, organization, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

  • Map, create, and execute processes related to new loyalty program benefits.
  • Develop and maintain business rule documentation to support partner teams.
  • Monitor benefit performance and analyze loyalty program results.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement initiatives to enhance key performance indicators.
  • Prepare reports and insights to support decision-making and action plans.
  • Manage invoice submissions and monitor budget trends through internal systems.
  • Collaborate with strategic teams, including technology, finance, marketing, and business areas, to execute initiatives effectively.
  • Support project management activities, ensuring alignment between deadlines, processes, and stakeholders.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has a strong analytical profile, experience managing processes, and the ability to interpret data to support business decisions. We are looking for someone organized, collaborative, and comfortable working with multiple teams and complex workflows.

  • Bachelor’s degree completed.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace tools, especially Google Sheets, including spreadsheets and formulas.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance indicators such as conversion, volume, and revenue metrics.
  • Excellent organization skills to manage complex processes and workflows with agility.
  • Experience managing projects, deadlines, and reverse planning with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with SAP is desirable.
  • Knowledge of SQL is desirable.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with different business areas.
