We are seeking a Senior PL/SQL Specialist to support strategic initiatives within a financial services environment.
The role focuses on developing, testing, and enhancing critical financial applications and processes.
You will contribute to the evolution of treasury solutions, accounting workflows, and data migration initiatives.
The position requires strong technical expertise combined with functional knowledge of financial products and reporting.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment, ensuring high-quality deliveries and system stability.

The role is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting financial technology solutions, ensuring reliability, performance, and alignment with business requirements.

• Identify reports from the GBO platform that should be migrated to the Data Lake environment.
• Develop and test financial processes, including BOX-related functionalities and accounting validations.
• Generate and transmit files to integrated financial systems such as MIC and Equation.
• Analyze and validate technical testing results and user acceptance testing (UAT) outcomes.
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation throughout project delivery.
• Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance on existing solutions.
• Provide post-production support during stabilization periods, ensuring operational continuity.
• Collaborate with agile teams, contributing to solution design, improvements, and delivery processes.

The ideal candidate combines advanced PL/SQL expertise with experience in financial systems, treasury products, and complex enterprise environments.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in PL/SQL development.
• Proven experience working with the GBO Tier1 application.
• Strong knowledge of treasury and financial derivative products, including:
  • IRS (Interest Rate Swap).
  • CCS (Cross Currency Swap).
  • IFN.
  • FRA (Forward Rate Agreement).
  • C&F.
  • OTC (Over-the-Counter).
• Experience with derivative reporting processes.
• Advanced knowledge of PL/SQL development.
• Experience working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence (Atlassian tools).
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Advanced Spanish proficiency.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Data Lake migration projects.
• Knowledge of accounting processes and financial market regulations.
• Experience integrating financial systems, particularly MIC and Equation.
• Background supporting high-criticality environments and post-production operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
