Club Concierge in Boca Raton, Florida at Composure Club

Composure Club is a private fitness and wellness club in Boca Raton built around three core pillars:

Move, Recover, and Nourish.

Combining best-in-class fitness, recovery, wellness, hospitality, and member services within a highly personalized environment, Composure is designed to deliver the service and attention to detail of a luxury hospitality experience within a modern wellness club.

We are seeking exceptional Concierge team members to help bring that experience to life.

The Concierge is one of the most important and visible members of the Composure team.

As a primary point of contact for members and guests, the Concierge is responsible for creating a warm, polished, and highly personalized experience from the moment someone enters the Club.

This role goes well beyond a traditional front desk position. Our Concierge team will build relationships with

members, assist with reservations and scheduling, provide tours to prospective members, support new member onboarding, and help ensure that every interaction reflects the Composure standard of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Member Experience & Hospitality

• Warmly welcome members and guests upon arrival and provide a polished, personalized experience.
• Learn members' names, preferences, routines, and interests to create a familiar and highly personal Club environment.
• Assist members with questions, reservations, appointments, scheduling, programming, and general Club needs.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Composure's fitness, wellness, recovery, nutrition, events, and member services.
• Proactively anticipate member needs rather than waiting to be asked.
• Handle member requests and concerns professionally, escalating issues to Club leadership when appropriate.
• Help create thoughtful member touchpoints around birthdays, milestones, special occasions, and other opportunities for personalized service.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and hospitality at all times.

Reception & Club Operations

• Manage member and guest check-in and assist with guest access.
• Answer phone calls, emails, texts, and other member communications in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with reservations, appointments, class bookings, and schedule changes.
• Maintain accurate member information, notes, preferences, and requests within Club systems.
• Ensure reception, arrival, and other member-facing areas remain organized, clean, and presentation-ready.
• Communicate closely with Fitness, Wellness, Operations, Membership, and other departments to provide a seamless member experience.
• Support daily opening, closing, and front-of-house procedures as assigned.

Tours & Prospective Members

• Welcome prospective members visiting Composure.
• Conduct Club tours when assigned and communicate the Composure experience, amenities, programming, and membership offering.
• Learn about each prospective member's interests and goals to personalize their experience.
• Assist with prospect follow-up and membership communication.
• Maintain accurate notes and information regarding prospective members and tours.

New Member Onboarding

• Welcome new members and help ensure a smooth transition into the Composure community.
• Assist with new member orientations and Club introductions.
• Help connect new members with trainers, practitioners, classes, recovery services, events, and other relevant offerings.
• Follow up with new members to answer questions and encourage engagement with the Club.
• Help ensure every new member quickly feels comfortable, recognized, and connected.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs, hotels, resorts, premium fitness/wellness, restaurants, residential hospitality, or another high-touch service environment is preferred.

• Is comfortable using technology and learning new scheduling, membership, and communication systems.
• Works well within a team and communicates effectively across departments.
• Is dependable, punctual, and takes ownership of their responsibilities.
• Has a genuine interest in fitness, wellness, hospitality, and community.

Schedule & Employment

• Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available.
• Because the Concierge team is responsible for the member experience throughout Club operating hours, candidates should have flexibility to work a combination of early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on Club needs.
• Full-time positions may include access to Composure's employee benefits package.
