Job Description

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Account management and sales activities to promote and grow sales with an established customer base.
  • Identify customer needs and provide product, technical and value-added solutions that meet our customers’ needs
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts.
  • Manage incoming phone calls
  • File documents
  • Follow up on current and past due orders.
  • Helping with basic office administrative tasks
Requirements and skills
  • Customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM, P21 is a PLUS.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, as are strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Must be detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
