  • Lead project activities, including testing, issue tracking, implementation support, and stakeholder communication
  • Support technology governance, procurement, vendor coordination, change management, training, and user adoption
  • Prepare project status reports, presentations, and recommendations for management and stakeholders

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

The ideal candidate is a collaborative, analytical, and service-oriented professional who understands how effective business analysis can improve government operations and public service delivery. They are comfortable working across organizational boundaries, facilitating productive conversations among diverse stakeholders, and translating complex operational and technical information into clear, actionable recommendations.

Strategic Partner: Supports governance, procurement, and modernization processes with an understanding of enterprise standards, organizational priorities, and long-term operational needs.

Sound Decision-Maker: Exercises professionalism, independent judgment, attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset in a public-sector environment.

EXPERIENCE:

Two years of progressively responsible professional experience in business analysis, operational analysis, workflow design, project coordination, or related technology and operational functions.
