Sales Development Representative | Clients Industry: Home Renovations - Constructions

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative (Home Renovations & Construction Industry) in Brazil.

This role is focused on driving new business opportunities within the home renovation and construction space through proactive outreach and relationship building. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients, helping to build a strong and consistent sales pipeline. Acting as the first point of contact, you will connect with prospects through multiple channels, understand their needs, and position relevant solutions in a consultative way. The position also involves scheduling meetings and demos for the sales team, ensuring smooth handover of qualified leads. You will work closely with internal teams to align outreach strategies and improve conversion efficiency. This is a highly dynamic remote role ideal for a proactive, communicative, and goal-driven sales professional.

Accountabilities:
  • Prospect, contact, and engage potential and existing customers through multiple communication channels to generate qualified leads.
  • Build rapport with prospects and assess their needs to determine product/service fit.
  • Schedule sales meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Maintain and manage CRM systems or contact databases with accurate and updated information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation efforts with sales strategy.
  • Support the execution of sales targets and contribute to pipeline growth and revenue goals.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and act as the first point of contact for prospects and clients.
  • Conduct basic administrative and reporting tasks, including customer feedback collection and reporting.
  • Support continuous improvement of outreach processes and sales performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, SDR, or customer-facing roles.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage customer relationships.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong phone, email, and messaging communication abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Tech-savvy, with familiarity in CRM systems, cloud tools, and communication platforms.
  • Experience with MS Office or similar productivity tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Knowledge of scheduling tools such as Google Calendar.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident approach to outreach and negotiation.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
