Create, manage, and optimize social-first content across multiple entertainment and talent-driven campaigns while ensuring brand alignment, engagement, and timely execution across platforms.
- Produce original and engaging social content tailored for multiple projects and talent accounts
- Edit short-form video content using mobile and digital tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, and similar apps)
- Post approved content and actively engage with audiences while maintaining brand voice and accuracy
- Manage social content calendars and support campaign planning and content strategy development
- Ideate and execute social media activations aligned with trends, audience behavior, and campaign goals
- Monitor digital trends and recommend timely content opportunities based on platform activity
- Analyze social performance metrics and compile weekly and monthly reporting insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content consistency and campaign effectiveness
- Support ongoing creative brainstorming and development of innovative social storytelling approaches
Experienced social media content creator with strong editorial, creative, and platform-native skills, capable of managing multiple fast-paced projects in entertainment and digital-first environments.
- 3–5+ years of experience in social media content production or digital content creation
- Strong proficiency in short-form video editing using mobile apps such as CapCut, InShot, or similar tools
- Deep understanding of major social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), and Facebook
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to produce engaging, culturally relevant content
- Proven ability to identify and act on emerging social media trends in real time
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills across multiple projects
- Experience working with entertainment, media, or talent-driven content is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with analytics and performance reporting for social media campaigns
- Strong understanding of internet culture, activism, and current events as they relate to digital audiences
- Ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $64,350 to $71,560
