Office Administration
• $18-$24/hour • Temp-to-Hire
About This Opportunity
Hiring an Office Administration professional to support Sales & Purchasing operations. This position will handle order entry, purchasing support, reporting, customer communication, and accounting-related administrative tasks within a Sage ERP environment.
Bonus Opportunity
- $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days
Assignment Details
Pay: $18-$24/hour (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pre Employment Requirements
- Drug Screen Required
- Background Check Required
- Client Interview Required
Responsibilities
- Enter customer purchase orders into Sage ERP
- Confirm orders through email and customer portals
- Create and issue vendor purchase orders
- Assist with accounting coverage during absences
- Generate reports using Excel, pivot tables, and Crystal Reports
- Maintain accurate customer files and records
- Support additional office functions as needed
Work Environment and Dress Code
- Dress Code: Business Casual- Nice Jeans are okay
- Parking: General parking lot
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- ERP or MRP software experience
- Accounting background
- Strong communication skills
- Reliability and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Preferred Requirements
- Sage ERP experience
- Crystal Reports experience
- Manufacturing office/admin experience
