Warehouse Associate Location: Herbally Yours, Inc. Job Type: Full-Time Position Summary Herbally Yours is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This hands-on position plays a critical role in supporting daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Pick, pack, palletize, wrap, and prepare customer orders for shipment - Load and unload incoming deliveries and outbound freight safely and efficiently - Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment in accordance with company safety standards - Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming inventory and materials - Complete packing slips, shipping documents, receiving records, and other required paperwork accurately - Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) software for inventory transactions, order fulfillment, receiving, and shipping activities - Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories - Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, safety concerns, or equipment issues promptly - Maintain a clean, organized, and GMP-compliant warehouse environment - Follow all company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and safety requirements - Operate a company box truck for local pickups and deliveries as needed - Assist other departments and perform additional warehouse duties as assigned Qualifications Required - Previous warehouse experience - Forklift operating experience - Valid unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record - Ability to safely operate a box truck - Experience using warehouse inventory or WMS software - Ability to lift, move, and carry materials throughout the workday - Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy - Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred - Experience in a manufacturing, food, pharmaceutical, or dietary supplement environment - Familiarity with inventory control and shipping software Physical Requirements - Ability to regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds - Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift - Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment with changing workloads and priorities Benefits - Health Insurance - 401(k) with Company Match - Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick Time, and Holidays) - Company-Paid Life Insurance - Uniform Reimbursement - GMP and On-the-Job Training - Opportunities for Growth and Advancement Join Our Team At Herbally Yours, we take pride in producing high-quality dietary supplement products while maintaining a safe, supportive, and team-oriented workplace.
