Job Description
Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for carrying out the logistics of receiving, processing, storing, and sending inventory according to purchase orders and installation schedules.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Preferred SkillsKnowledge of safety regulations and procedures.Previous forklift certificationAdditional NotesThis position is based in a warehouse and comfortability in working adverse climate conditions is a must.

- Safely, accurately, and timely receive, inspect, verify, rotate stock, pull, and stage all material.
- Safely operate a forklift (order picker, squeeze clamp, basaloid, forklift) to move materials.
- Safely operate a pallet jack and hand truck to move materials.
- Safely move material by hand.
- Unload and load semi-trailers and box trucks.
- Use technology to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
- Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.
- Keep up with all training requirements via online technology
- Associate will be working as part of a small team but should be able to work independently
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent educationPrior warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is required.Basic English communication skills required to follow instructions, complete tasks, and maintain workplace safetyAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manualsMechanical skills and willingness to learnMust be able to lift 75-pound objects frequently and 90+ pound objects occasionally
