Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers in the territory.
- Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and technical consultations.
- Identify customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Work closely with channel partners, distributors, and internal sales support.
- Track opportunities, forecasts, and activity using CRM tools.
- Attend industry trade shows, customer events, and training sessions to stay current on market trends and product innovations.
- Provide ongoing market feedback, competitive insights, and customer intelligence
- 2–5+ years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in industrial, electrical, automation or related sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate product solutions.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- $60000 - $70000 / year base + Commission
