About the Role:

The F&B Assistant Manager in Training position is designed to develop future leaders within the food and beverage department by providing comprehensive hands-on experience and mentorship. The primary goal is to equip the trainee with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively manage daily operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and maintain high standards of quality and safety. This role involves learning to oversee staff performance, manage inventory, and coordinate with other departments to optimize operational efficiency. Ultimately, this position prepares the individual to step into an Assistant Manager role with confidence and a thorough understanding of all facets of food and beverage management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in hospitality management is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in food and beverage service or hospitality industry.
• Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and customer service principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a food and beverage environment.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
