Receiver in Hamburg, New Jersey at CS RESORT MANAGER

The Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and organizing all incoming deliveries to ensure accuracy, quality, and proper inventory management.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect all incoming products for quality, freshness, and overall condition.
• Verify that all deliveries match purchase orders and invoices, ensuring the correct quantities and items have been received.
• Report any shortages, overages, damaged goods, or discrepancies to management immediately.
• Properly label, date, and store all products according to company standards.
• Rotate inventory using the First In, First Out (FIFO) method to maintain product freshness and minimize waste.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe receiving, storage, and cooler/freezer areas.
• Accurately complete and process requisitions for all outlets and departments as needed.
• Pull and distribute requested products in a timely manner to support daily operations.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.

• Work collaboratively with kitchen, purchasing, and outlet teams to ensure efficient product flow throughout the property.
• Perform additional receiving, warehouse, and inventory-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous receiving, warehouse, inventory, or food and beverage experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and record-keeping skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to communicate effectively with team members.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in refrigerated and freezer environments as needed.

Schedule Requirements:

• Weekend availability is required.
• Flexibility with work schedule, including holidays and varying shifts, is essential to meet operational needs.
