ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Manager, Strategy & Corporate Development in the CEO Office, you will work on an exciting variety of strategic and operational topics. You will play an integral role within the CEO Office team, collaborating closely with sennder's Co-Founders, CEO and the entire Executive Team. Additionally, the role presents opportunities for future development within various departments (especially Strategy, Commercial or Finance teams).
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL…
  • Drive the identification, conceptualization, and execution of key priorities, to advance sennder’s strategic objectives and cross-functional projects
  • Collaborate closely with sennder’s CEO and Executive Team, delivering tangible results from project conception through to implementation
  • Be a driving force in orchestrating a company-wide AI-first transformation program as well as strategic finance programs to create lasting impact and ensure sennder’s sustained market leadership
  • Co-create comprehensive business plans, financial models, pitch decks, and other strategic documents
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and various stakeholders inside and outside sennder (e.g. board members and investors), ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities
  • Support sennder’s executives in maximizing their efficiency by preparing key meetings, including board meetings and strategy offsites
  • Steer market analyses and competitive research to identify growth opportunities
PREFERABLY YOU HAVE…
  • 3+ years of experience navigating challenging and fast-paced environments, preferably at a top-tier management consulting firm, transaction advisory firm, or investment bank (or equivalent)
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to translate them into actionable insights; experience in quantitative modeling and financial analysis is a must
  • Demonstrated track record of leading strategic, cross-functional projects or initiatives, ideally large-scale transformation or post-merger integration programs, steering multiple different stakeholders
  • Strong bias towards action and results-oriented mindset, with a strategic plan to achieve objectives
  • First-hand experience leading small, high-performing teams (1-3 team members) is a plus
  • Proficiency in use of MS-Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and AI-first ways of working
