About This Role:
The Agency Program Coordinator will provide administrative support to Supervising Professionals and Program Leaders including, but not limited to taking phone calls from participants, employees, and other departments within Accra, faxing Early Reassessment, 45-day increase, Appeal forms, etc. at the request of Supervising Professionals. Follow up to answer any questions and assist clients by coordinating actions with the county as needed. Agency Program Coordinator will also assist with participating in Accra related projects and task forces as needed.
Requirements:Job Requirements:
- 2-year degree preferred.
- 2-3 years in an administrative role for a Health or Human services agency is preferred.
- Ability to provide support to clients, administrative and office staff in a positive manner by clearly communicating in writing and/or verbally.
- Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, Outlook, and office technology (Fax Machine, Copier, Scanner).
- Maintain a high standard of professional courtesy, flexibility, confidentiality while working in an office environment, independently and as a team member.
- Proficient in data collection, entry and typing skills while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization of information.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a person-centered approach.
- Must pass a background study with the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
