Starting Hourly Pay: $20/hour
Earn an Additional $3.00/hour on Night Shift

Position Overview:
As a Logistics & Inventory Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting both warehouse and production operations. You'll ensure materials are received, stored, moved, and delivered safely while maintaining accurate inventory and helping production stay on schedule.
This role combines forklift operation, inventory management, teamwork, and problem-solving. Every shift presents new opportunities to support the flow of materials from receiving to production to shipping.
In this role, you will:
Your responsibilities may include:
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Deliver raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods throughout the facility
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Receive, stage, and organize inventory for production and shipping
- Complete inventory transactions using the AS400 system
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform inventory verification checks
- Follow FIFO inventory practices to ensure proper product rotation
- Support shipping and receiving activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Partner with production and warehouse teams to meet daily operational goals
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and material flow.
A Typical Day Might Include:
Every shift starts with reviewing production schedules, inventory priorities, and shipping needs with your team.
Throughout the day, you'll operate forklifts, move materials to production lines, receive incoming deliveries, organize inventory, and prepare finished products for shipment. You'll also complete inventory transactions, communicate with teammates across departments, and help ensure materials are always where they're needed.

Previous forklift, warehouse, shipping, receiving, or manufacturing experience is helpful, but we're happy to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn.

- Starting pay of $20.00/hour
- $0.50/hour raise after 90 days
- Additional $0.50/hour raise after 6 months
- $3.00/hour Night Shift Premium
- Average annual salary of $47,840
- 2-2-3 schedule with built-in days off

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid forklift certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating industrial powered trucks (e.g., sit-down forklifts) in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
- Familiarity with AS400 inventory systems.
