This role focuses on driving strategic enterprise growth within the financial services sector by positioning an advanced AI-driven security operations platform to high-value customers. The position is responsible for building and expanding relationships with large, complex organizations and developing long-term account strategies aligned with business objectives. It requires a strong consultative seller who can navigate sophisticated buying groups and engage confidently with senior executives. The Major Accounts Rep will own territory execution, pipeline development, and revenue growth across strategic accounts in the Western U.S. This is a high-impact, remote role suited for a seasoned sales professional who thrives in fast-moving, competitive environments. The position offers the opportunity to shape security transformation for some of the most influential organizations in financial services. Success depends on a combination of deep enterprise sales expertise, financial services knowledge, and strong executive presence.
The Major Accounts Rep, Financial Services is responsible for driving new business, expanding strategic accounts, and delivering consistent revenue performance across a defined territory.
- Own and execute territory and account strategies aligned with revenue targets and organizational goals.
- Identify, develop, and close new enterprise opportunities within the financial services sector.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior executives, key stakeholders, and channel partners.
- Manage complex, multi-threaded sales cycles across large financial institutions and strategic accounts.
- Expand existing customer relationships through upsell, cross-sell, and long-term account development strategies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support deal execution, customer success, and solution alignment.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and disciplined sales execution practices.
- Represent and position complex cybersecurity solutions addressing enterprise security transformation needs.
This role requires extensive enterprise sales experience within cybersecurity or complex software solutions, with a strong focus on the financial services industry. Candidates must demonstrate consistent success in exceeding revenue targets and engaging senior stakeholders.
- 5–10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably within cybersecurity.
- Proven track record of success in the financial services vertical.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales quotas and drive new business development.
- Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Expertise in consultative and solution-based selling methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message.
- Ability to navigate complex enterprise organizations and multi-stakeholder sales environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Hunter mentality with strong pipeline generation and territory management capabilities.
- Ability to adapt in fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving business environments.
