We're looking for a compassionate and collaborative Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) to join our growing pediatric practice. ABOUT THE ROLE
- Provide comprehensive primary care for infants, children, and adolescents, including well and sick visits
- Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
- Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and order appropriate diagnostic testing in accordance with New Jersey APN regulations
- Educate patients and families on preventive care, growth and development, nutrition, and disease management
- Administer and interpret age-appropriate screenings and assessments
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient care
- Respond to patient messages, refill requests, and clinical questions in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Follow established clinical protocols and workflows while contributing to efficient office operations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote evidence-based pediatric care
- Travel to other office locations as needed to support patient care

Salary Range: $125,000 - $140,000 per year, with eligibility for up to $20,000 in additional productivity bonus

QUALIFICATIONS
- Current New Jersey Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) license (required)
- National board certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) (required)
- Active DEA registration and CDS license (or ability to obtain)
- Pediatric primary care experience preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong electronic medical records (EMR) skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Must be willing to travel to other office locations as needed
