HTI is hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for a high-performance nonwoven textile manufacturing facility in Gray Court, SC. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity offering competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and openings on both 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Pay

$30.00-$33/hour, based on experience

What You’ll Do

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery and facility equipment

• Respond to emergency equipment breakdowns and complete scheduled repairs

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems

• Diagnose equipment problems, repair or replace components, test equipment, and make adjustments

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance

• Read and interpret equipment manuals, work orders, and maintenance instructions

• Complete basic machinist duties as needed

• Use hand tools, power tools, electrical meters, and material-handling equipment

• Identify faulty equipment operation and report unusual conditions

• Follow all safety requirements and maintain clean, organized work areas

What You Need

• High school diploma or GED

• Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience

• Working knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems

• Ability to read equipment manuals and work orders

• Basic familiarity with SAP or another ERP system

• Forklift experience

• Valid driver’s license

• Associate degree in a technical field preferred

• WorkKeys certification and metric-system knowledge are a plus

• Strong initiative, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for extended periods

• Ability to perform physical maintenance work

• Ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds

• Ability to safely perform duties requiring close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision
